Hootsuite.com I've been using this for years.  I love the way it integrates with Instagram.  Makes it so easy to post.  For some of my hashtag research I use Hachtagify.me.  I can even track a certain hashtag and see the results.

1. Take advantage of your email list.  How many people are connected with you from your email list on your social media channels?  

2. Make sure your social media icons are put in your email.  This way your social media channels are easily accessed from the emails you send.

3. Make sure all your profiles are up to date. Make sure your testimonies and recommendations are updated.

4. Always look at your google analytics.  This helps you see if people are going to your website from the various social media channels.
